Ed McMahon, BA, MBA, CMC, PMP

President

Ed has held consulting management positions with a number of global consulting firms. In the course of his consulting career he has provided a broad range of business process, technology, and business strategy advice to clients, with a particular emphasis on helping clients develop and deploy more effective teams.

Ed’s specialties include Business Process Redesign and Business Transformation, Project Management, Leadership and Team Effectiveness, Strategic Assessment and Planning, and Organizational Change Management. In addition to his consulting work, Ed’s background includes 15 years’ increasingly senior management responsibilities in Marketing and Brand Management. He is the author of Bricks to Clicks: e-strategies that will transform your business, a best-selling business book.

He holds a BA from the University of Windsor, and an MBA from York University. In addition he is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is certified to deliver and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Brantas Toolset.
